致全體(ti)職工:
為進一步完善(shan)職工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)收入分配(pei),逐步達到收入分配(pei)科(ke)學、合理(li)(li)、公(gong)平、公(gong)正。陳俊(jun)總經理(li)(li)組織公(gong)司管理(li)(li)層對(dui)職工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)進行了審閱與調整(zheng),現(xian)將(jiang)本次工(gong)資(zi)調整(zheng)情況通(tong)告(gao)如下:
一、調整原則(ze)
除按制度規定的(de)固定收入(ru)(即:工(gong)齡工(gong)資、證書費(fei)、崗(gang)位工(gong)資、住房公積金、交通與通信(xin)費(fei)、勞保費(fei)、加班與誤餐費(fei)、培訓費(fei)、補(bu)貼(tie))外,均按綜合能力評定來核定工(gong)資收入(ru)。
1、工齡(ling)工資:隨在公(gong)司工作年限(xian)變化(hua)而變化(hua);
2、證(zheng)書費:隨職(zhi)工注冊(ce)證(zheng)書情況(kuang)變(bian)化(hua)而(er)變(bian)化(hua);
3、崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)工資(zi):給予公司中(zhong)層以(yi)上管理崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)、總監(jian)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)、總代崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)的(de)工資(zi),同崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)分設為(wei)不同檔次;
4、住房公(gong)積金(jin)、交通(tong)與通(tong)信費、勞保費、加班與誤餐費、培訓費為每(mei)位職工固(gu)定的收(shou)入,每(mei)月不變;
5、補(bu)貼:根據工地偏(pian)遠、勞動強度(du)、建(jian)設單位要求及第三方飛(fei)檢、工地加班情(qing)況、負責項目數量多少等進行核(he)定。補(bu)貼隨實(shi)際情(qing)況變(bian)化(hua)而(er)變(bian)化(hua)。
6、將原“績效(xiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資”改為(wei)“綜(zong)合(he)測(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資”,綜(zong)合(he)測(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)包括(kuo)但(dan)不限于:專業(ye)業(ye)務能力(li)、制度(du)遵守情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作態度(du)、協調(diao)能力(li)、愛崗敬業(ye)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)、團隊協作情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)、政令暢(chang)通與服從安(an)排(pai)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作成效(xiao)、學習進步情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)、無證書情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)等。綜(zong)合(he)測(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資是職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資收入主要來(lai)源,由職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)自身(shen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)決定,每季度(du)測(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)調(diao)整一次。
二、本次(ci)調整(zheng)情況
1、在本次(ci)工資調整(zheng)中,陳俊(jun)總經理(li)發(fa)現(xian)(xian)(xian)了以前發(fa)放的(de)(de)職工綜合(he)(he)測(ce)評工資有很(hen)多不(bu)(bu)合(he)(he)理(li)、不(bu)(bu)公平的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)象,存在有些(xie)職工領高工資,又(you)有些(xie)職工領低工資,與其職工綜合(he)(he)測(ce)評結(jie)果不(bu)(bu)匹配的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)象。公司將(jiang)用1年(nian)(4個季度)時間,逐漸(jian)消除這(zhe)種不(bu)(bu)合(he)(he)理(li)的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)象。
2、本次月工(gong)(gong)資(zi)總(zong)額增(zeng)加(jia)了約3萬元(yuan),每季(ji)度增(zeng)長一次,在(zai)第(di)4季(ji)度月工(gong)(gong)資(zi)總(zong)額增(zeng)加(jia)將(jiang)(jiang)達(da)到15萬元(yuan)左右,全年工(gong)(gong)資(zi)總(zong)額在(zai)2021年基礎(chu)上(shang)將(jiang)(jiang)增(zeng)加(jia)140萬元(yuan)左右,通過工(gong)(gong)資(zi)調整,逐漸消除(chu)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)發放不合(he)理、不公(gong)平(ping)(ping)的現象,最終達(da)到職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)發放科(ke)學、合(he)理、公(gong)平(ping)(ping)、公(gong)正,同時(shi)提高(gao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)收入水平(ping)(ping)。
三、相關規(gui)定
根據職工代表一致(zhi)討論(lun),同(tong)意按當(dang)年綿(mian)陽市(shi)最低(di)工資(zi)標準設(she)定職工保底工資(zi),即(ji)將(jiang)《現行(xing)公司經營(ying)管理制度(du)匯編》(2018版)“福利制度(du)”中的“基本工資(zi)和(he)績效(xiao)工資(zi)”計(ji)為1650元/每月。
