本工程(cheng)由四川(chuan)野馬汽(qi)車股份(fen)有限公(gong)司(si)綿陽(yang)分公(gong)司(si)投(tou)資建設(she)，位(wei)于四川(chuan)省綿陽(yang)市高新(xin)區方登寺村(cun)，于2011年12月(yue)12日(ri)開工，2014年6月(yue)6日(ri)竣工。
